Zoning Board of Appeals

There is a vacancy on the City of Perry Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for 1 regular member and two alternates. This position(s) is filled by Mayoral Appointment.  Candidates must reside in the City of Perry.

The regular member appointment is to fill a mid-term opening of a 3-year term expiring July 2027.

The alternate appointments are to fill a mid-term opening of a 3-year term expiring July 2028. 
 
The ZBA meets at the call of the chairman if the need arises.  More information on the commitment of serving in this position can be found, here.
 

Board of Review

There is a vacancy on the Board of Review. This position is filled by Mayoral Appointment.  Candidates must reside in the City of Perry.

The appointment is to fill a  3-year term expiring January 2029. 
 

The Board of Review meets Tuesday immediately following the first Monday in March to examine the assessment roll, meets with the public on the 2nd Monday in March starting at 9:00 am for 6-hrs and the following day with at least one night session.  The board will also meet in December, if needed. Consisting of three members, each Board member is appointed for three-year terms.
