Home repair grants up to $9,999.00 available! The Saginaw-Shiawassee Habitat for Humanity is looking for 35-40 homeowners who need to replace their furnace, water heater, central air unit or add insulation to their houses.
Homeowners in need of handicap modifications such as a ramp or ADA bathroom remodel may also be eligible.
Homeowners must be current on their mortgage, taxes and insurance. Applicants must also be income qualified to participate.
