The City of Perry Planning Commission is seeking public comment on the draft Master Plan, consistent with the provisions of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, Act 33 of 2008, as amended (MPEA).
The Perry City Council voted to approve this draft of the Master Plan on Thursday, May 16, 2024, and send the document into the required 63-day public comment period.

-In-person at a Perry Planning Commission meeting.
Regular meetings of the Planning Commission are held at Perry City Hall, 203 W Polly St., Perry, MI 48872 on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers.
As provided for in the MPEA, the review period is 63 days. Thus, any comments regarding the proposed Master Plan will need to be received by Thursday, July 18, 2024. When the public comment period has closed, the Perry Planning Commission will consider any additional changes to the draft and then send it to City Council for adoption.

Buyer to be responsible for all Shiawassee County Health Department requirements for existing well & septic. It is not certain whether the site is buildable.
