Perry is centrally located off of I-69 between Lansing and Flint.
However, residents don’t need to leave town very often because Perry has a lot to offer residents and visitors.
The recently renovated Main Street houses several local businesses that attract the 8,000-plus cars
that pass through to stop and shop!
Uptown Perry also offers its residents almost everything they need including a grocery store, salons,
flower shop, hardware store, library, bank and post office as well as quaint little shops such as
Swan Creek Candle Company.
Perry is still a small town and proud of it, but we also believe in growth
and are willing to support that belief.
The City is working closely with the Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce and
Economic Development Partnership
to establish an environment where businesses can flourish and new jobs are continually created.
In 2003, the Main Street/M-52 Streetscape was completed, making uptown Perry ready for expansion,
where business can thrive and just plain good folks can relax and enjoy.
