In the Fall of 2003, Main Street (S-M52) in the City of Perry was totally reconstructed.
The $3,000,000 MDOT (Michigan Department of Transportation) project included a
$600,000 Streetscape.
Currently the City of Perry is at about 50 percent build-out capacity.
